Pool
Scubaland Adventures and Swim School of Austin have invested over half a million dollars in one of Austin's finest aquatic training facilities. The pool is 30' x 15' and is one of the largest privately owned SCUBA and SWIM training pools. We keep our pool at a minimum temperature of 88 degrees year round! Comfort and safety are our primary concerns.
Our pool uses a Pulsar chemical monitoring and control unit to keep our chlorine and pH levels constant regardless of bather load. For backup we use a U/V treatment system to knock out even the toughest biological contaminants. Our pool chemistry is checked by the staff at least twice a day and we have routine water quality checks performed by Hines Pool and Spa. We have a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) onsite to maintain the health of our pool.
Changing Rooms
Changing rooms, bathrooms, showers, and storage areas for your personal items are available in the pool area. Ample supplies of liquid soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hand sanitizer are also included for your convenience.
Parking
Onsite parking is available but limited. Overflow parking is available across Anderson Lane in the large parking lot opposite Scubaland Adventures. Please be careful and watch closely for swimmers and divers entering and exiting the pool area adjacent to the parking area.
Waiting Rooms
Please feel free to enjoy your student's lessons pool side or wait in either our comfortable in-door waiting area or out on the covered patio behind the pool. Free Internet WiFi is also available. Scubaland Adventures is a smoke free environment.
